Complaints / Returns Policy

Artemis Foods always aims to deliver only the best produce, however when things don't go to plan we will endevour to put things right for our customers.  Below states the conditions of returns and refunds....

If in the unfortunate circumstance you do not receive produce to the standard you expect, please return the product to our shop or refuse delivery. This allows us to follow up with our suppliers to avoid any reoccurrence.  Without the product being returned or refused, any refunds will be on a discertionary basis.

We will investigate every case thoroughly and on an individual basis. Any compenstation and/or goodwill will be made fairly and appropriately

We take customer feedback seriously and will endevour to resolve all complaints within 30 days. Complaints can be made to admin@artemisfoods.co.uk.
