Pork Chops are a superb everyday bone-in cut (the bone gives the meat more flavour during the cooking phase).
Simply season and place in an oven pan with some seasonal vegetables and [part boiled] new potatoes for 40-45 minutes and hey presto...dinners ready (with minimal washing up to!)
Our fresh pork chops are cut to approximately 5-7oz (170-227g) and come in packs of either 500g, 1kg, or 2.5kg.
Keep refrigerated below 4°C.
Oven (From Chilled): 350°F (180°C) , pre-heated, middle shelf.

Roast for 35-45 minutes.

- Freeze as soon as possible after purchase.
- Defrost thoroughly.
- Do not refreeze and use on same day once defrosted.
- Do not cook from frozen.
