Pork Loin Steak
Pork Loin is one of the leanest of pork cuts. The loin steak is effectively a pork chop with the bone and any attaching muscles removed; leaving only the finest, most tender cut of meat; the loin. A very popular everyday cut.
Our fresh pork steaks are cut to approximately 4-6 oz (113-170g) and come in packs of either 500g, 1kg, or 2.5kg.
Keep refrigerated below 4°C.
Oven (From Chilled): 350°F (180°C) , pre-heated, middle shelf.

Roast for 35-45 minutes.
- Suitable for home freezing.
- Freeze as soon as possible after purchase.
- Defrost thoroughly.
- Do not refreeze and use on same day once defrosted.
- Do not cook from frozen.
